Gents:
I am considering switching to synthetic based radiator pod floor. Any suggestions for a product that is quite durable, please?

Jabrock. Accept no substitute. Mine have been on there for 20+ years.
Vote a second to Jabrock too. Those Sebring berms can be terrible but my sidepod floors are holding up nicely
The only downside to Jabroc is that it's quite heavy and expensive. But if there's no weight issue it would be very good.

Fellas:
I have scoured both Apex and the net for links to vendors. Not only do I suck at math, also does my internet research skills.
Pod bases are, say, 18” x 60”. Any help on vendors, please?

If you want to spend some time searching for alternatives, Google search: High Density Birch Phenolic Coated Plywood
I bought my sheet (1x2m) in 2003 from a guy in Long Beach. It was $400, which was a lot of money at the time. For the life of me I can't find another source of Jabroc or Delinit other than Pegasus, but somebody must distribute the stuff here. Its used for tooling in a lot of industries.
I can't imagine the cost of say, a 1x 2 meter sheet that's say, 500mm thick, and I can't imagine Pegasus handling the industrial accounts either.
so essentially the same cost, with the exception of the crating and shipping charge. I'd love to find a west coast distributor.
Years ago I was looking for a lightweight I-beam to use in leveling my scales. Needed to be a 10 footer. Turns out there's a company in Minnesota that makes 10-ft levels used in the concrete industry, so they're mag - and you can buy them without the vials! Not too expensive either - until you see what it takes to ship a single 10 ft mag I beam....
The best source that I have found is Power Stream Industries 605 N Central Ave, Locust, NC 28097, United States

I wrote Permali in the UK and asked if they had a west coast distributor, and this is what I received:
"No, we don't have a distributor in your area. We do have a partner for Jabroc for the Racing Industry in the US - Pegasus Auto Racing Supplies (WI 53146) - so if this is what you are looking for please contact them, if not please advise what the application is and we can respond accordingly.

I explained how the shipping and crating costs put this out of reach if you weren't a stones throw from Milwaukee, got no further reply.
Their parent company, Diamorph, has a single US office in Delaware that looks like no more than a couple people and a phone.
What Pegasus ought to do is team with another race supplier to stock product in the SW and SE, like Fresno and Charlotte, and they might stand a chance of selling some.
Rick:
I followed John LaRue’s recommendation and called Power Stream Industries in NC. I spoke with a Gent in Roger, and this facility is one stop shopping. I will send him one (1) pod floor, and they will:
- Scan the floor;
- produce a .dxf drawing ;
- Router CNC two (2) floors per my example.
I asked for 6mm, and he stated they go less than that, and up to 100mm.
But here’s the deal. My pod floor is a poor reproduction of the original, sculptured by a cabinet maker in East Gull Lake Mn. If we could get an original, things would fit much better.
Thoughts?

I had one good side, and one side that had been re-made with whatever hardware store plywood that was available after a previous owner crashed in PHX. The overall problem is that they are essentially hand finished to the car, so I wouldn't have any holes put in there. The rears are also specific to your diffuser and the way its fitted up.
So unless you can find someone with an original to copy, yours is probably as good as any. You might want to just make new ones out of some cheap plywood or plastic (1/16 fiberglas?) that will be a better product for them to work from.
I will say that mine didn't fit the contours of the sidepod outside front corner very well. If I had to do again, I'd fix that.
Also, check the fit of your radiator floors with whatever thickness you choose. On mine, the floors (also a copy of the originals but subject to the press tooling the guy had at the time) allowed the radiators to drop well below the sidepod floors. I cut jabroc strips and an aluminum shim to make them flush.
Also have them copy the front corner about 4" in and 6" back to make skids.
