You’d think Michael would want this to hang on the wall.
Heck, he’s got nothing else to do.

Last I saw.....there was an RT5 hanging on the wall by the elevator at Fun Spot theme park in Orlando
without going into great details this super vee just sold to andretti for BIG BUCKS for their museum ????
But I don't think Mikey is going to be able to fit in that race suit.
(In all fairness, neither could I...)
Lola: When four springs just aren't enough.
There's a Newman/Sharp Nissan listed....
The Newman/Sharp Nissan listed is a show car, No wiring, plumbing, drive train. If it has no documentable history or logbooks, it isn't worth much.

Yep, I saw that and recall it was originally fielded by one of our own (Phil Creighton).

In my circle of racers and crew members, it's a running joke at Road America (edit: not Blackhawk Farms) whenever someone finds a stray hose clamp or little widget buried in the deep grass:
"That's off of Michael's crashed T640."

Off-topic Jon, and presuming there’s a relationship to you…
In the latter ‘70s into the ‘80s, maybe a hundred of my photos were published in RA programs under the name in my link below or as “Autocomp Graphics.”
Jim Jeffords was a real asset for me then, the photos were taken at the age of 16 to about 22, and that really helped get me going.
Kudos to Jim and thought you might like hearing this.

For what purpose, exactly?
Many of those girls were in my, Ahem, focus… so to speak.
Ummm… I’ll f/stop right there. But I’m positive I still have the negatives.
Very cool to hear, Jon!!!
Figured there had to be a “relative connection,” we're from Oconomowoc but the (Stone Bank) Missus and I transplanted West as teenagers in 1980. Enjoy the Mineshaft for us (or did I hear it closed?)

Hey Jon, just a correction.
While Michael did race at Blackhawk twice in FF, he had the big crash in his Lola 640 at Road America at the Billy Mitchell bridge, in qualifying.
He then rented a Dulon for Sunday’s race, started last in a big 40 car plus field, and passed me in 6th place at T5, on the first lap-in the rain!!
I was in all 3 of those races and I finished in front of him 1 of the 3 times, only because he DNF’d!

Whoops, brain fart; I meant to say Road America. Specifically, wasn't it during the cool down lap of the qualifying session?
Fletch: is it true during the damage assessment they found suspicious traces of Carl Haas' cigar ashes on the tail?(inside joke).
It would appear the BAT auction is still active, as the seller posted last night that "in addition to memorabilia, I have the SCCA log books..."
I heard it was sort of still a cigar.
Stay back. Do not approach.

Sold for $27K. Seems like a fairly low number.

Very low number since it sold to M A for nearly three times that!
