Used race against this car back in the 90's, still had its Z18b bodywork (owner/driver was Rick Charles).
    Great times.

I bought this car from Scott Liebler (RIP died at the 1989 Runoffs racing a Formula Atlantic) who earned track records in this car at Watkins Glen (long-course) and Bryar (NH). Scott worked for Bill Nobles, so this car lacked nothing. I bought this car when Scott moved up to FA. I successfully raced this car with a number of SCCA Regional wins and was competitive in Nationals as well. With my 3rd kid, I wanted fenders, so I sold the car to move to SRF. In my first year of National racing, I crashed once at IRP: being local, Steve Lathrop trued the frame at his shop. Former national champion (CSR) and FV builder Dr. Terry McKenna built updated cooling ducts.

Thank you for sharing this information - wasn’t aware of the cars pedigree - very cool!
