Default How do you set bump steer VD 2000

I have zero Ackerman steering arms from velocityhaus.

Can I just stack washers on the rod end to adjust this? If so where should I start?

Apologies if you already knew this, but ackermann and bump steer are separate concepts.
Bump steer is indeed typically adjusted by changing the vertical position of the outboard end of the toe link using washers above and/or below it.
Lots of youtube videos are online showing a variety of methods. A dial indicator on a stand, and a FLAT stiff sheet of aluminum sheet substituting for the rim is a basic "good enough" method at our level of racing.

You'll need two dial indicators in front of and behind the wheel center spaced approximately the tire diameter apart.

thats one way; if the stand is hinged at the bottom, a simple pointer can be used instead of a second expensive dial indicator
