Can anyone tell me who "Bandit Motors" is, or was?
A recently acquired engine has it stamped into the front of the head
A note that came with would seem to point toward Arnie Lyoning

"Bandit" motors were built by Bill Bradford in Denver. I'd guess in the early '80s. He and John Barker (the Second Creek Raceway operator back then) were partners in that Bandit Motor time. Bill went on to build motors under his "Bradford Precision Engines" name plate for years until his death in 2013.
Thanks Bob
that would fit with the car history
What color were Lyoning engines painted?
a bright light blue
Does anyone know which builder painted their blocks yellow? My Reynard 88f has a yellow block.
