This was my Dad’s first Vee. He and my brothers built it in the late 70s and raced it at Willow Springs and Riverside. Dad upgraded to a Lynx B and my brothers used the car in autocross events in Southern California. Several years later I acquired the car with the intention of going vintage racing.
I took the car completely apart and rebuilt it using the guidance from monoposto.com to make it eligible for vintage racing. It has an ATL 4 gallon fuel cell with a rollover valve. The fire system uses foam. The carburetor was modified by Dietmar. The right front brake cylinder leaks and will need to be replaced. The batteries are dead and I replaced the starter.
In addition to the car, an additional engine from Dad’s Lynx is included. It comes with an intake manifold and carb. There are also four painted wheels. I also made an engine shipping container.
The trailer is 16 x 7 with electric brakes with new tires.
