After setting ride heights with push rods, should cross weights be adjusted with spring perch changes or can the push rod be used without messing with ride height? Also thoughts on toe in or toe out. My car is at max width with 96" wheel base.

start with all the spring perch distances and pushrod lengths the same at each end as required. Set ride heights with equal turns of the pushrods, if you have time, once you get there, you might remove them and see how close you are on overall lengths. The goal is to keep the rocker angles the same.
Then set front weights by raising the opposite rear of the lightest front. It will take surprisingly little adjustment if the car is relatively square, maybe a half to 3/4 of a turn.
