Keith Averill in Michigan or Scott Young in Texas. Both are excellent options and classy people. Shipping is easy - put it in a cheap Colman cooler and stick a label on it.

Greg, LD200 are expensive boxes if they go south, that being said you want the best to work on yours and you'd be hard pressed to find anyone with the experience of Scott Young in the US with Hewland boxes....

    Default LD200 Re-fresh

I'll throw my acknowledgement in here.
But you've already heard from many on the subject.
Yes, we've done work on them since 1992 (Mk series, FT200, and other Hewlands, earlier then that).

Default LD200 Transport from Pittsburgh to Averill

    Hey Greg,

I am a Pittsburgh native, but live in Michigan 20 minutes from Averill's shop. I am constantly traveling between the two cities. I can help with transport to/from Averill if needed. Let us know what you decide to do. Good Luck....

If you're looking to refresh or rebuild your LD200, I'd suggest checking out AAMCO or a local transmission specialist around Pittsburgh. I've had good luck with smaller shops that really focus on transmission work, so it might be worth asking around for recommendations in local car enthusiast groups or forums. You could also try reaching out to people who have had similar work done—they often share their experiences and can point you to reliable places.
