Need the upper steering shaft including the mounting bracket/bearing that bolts to the steering wheel. RT-4 or RT-5 - they should be the same.

I can take photos of one I have disassembled if that would help others identify what they have? Do you also require the alloy billet splined coupling from the steering shaft to rack?

No, just the mounting bracket that the shaft goes through with the bearing it turns in.
