    Default AMAC specs question

Can anyone tell me the wheelbase and width of the original narrow AMAC DSRs? Width not track, outside of tire to outside of tire.

    Thanks in advance

The widths quoted in the link below aren't exactly correct As those are with the old AM-6 bodywork. AM7 body work and wheels are wider. The wider wheels are 8 and 10" and I believe the width at the widest point is 62". That may be the width of the wing I'd have to check.

The wheel base is correct at 90".

Why are you asking? Getting one? Wanting one?

Oops, sorry, reread your question. Yes those numbers are correct for the narrower AM6 configuration. Note that even with that older body we went to wider wheels that did somewhat stick outside of the footprint, especially in the front. When the AM7 bodywork was created, it originally was not much wider than the AM6. There are one or two cars with that body possibly still around. Shortly after the molds were widened to accommodate the wider wheels.
