Going through my car and have one rotor that measures slightly tweaked, causing some drag.
PFC Rotors 255.10.0042.03 and .04, Pegasus says no longer made.
Any alternative rotors compatible with the PFC calipers?

Nevermind, they appear to match dimensions of LD20 discs.
Yes, but the PFC 2 groove floating disc we use on FCs w/LD20s is no longer made either.
If you cannot find them elsewhere, I should be able to make them for you.
I'll be receiving a sample rotor in the next few days to make a drawing from, so if anyone needs replacement rotors, I'll be able to make them quickly.
I'll post again once I have a drawing ( and check my stock of blanks, of course!).
Have the PFC rotors, and have made the drawings. Price should end up somewhere right around $200 each. I'm hoping to do decent sized batch so that the raw material cost can come down a bit.
If anyone is interested, message me.
You can have them either way - if face grooved, they will be handed. Not grooved = not handed. $25 extra for the grooving.
Will hopefully get a quote for a batch of blanks come Monday or Tuesday.

Quote came in just now. Rotor price will be $190 non-grooved.
For those who want sets, let me know and I'll get the material in and get production going.
Material is ordered and most likely will be here week after next.
The material just arrived and I'll be starting on them later today.
Good morning to all,
Curious minds want to know, what kind/type/no. of steel are the rotors made from?
Thanks a lot.

Thanks for info about the rotors, good to know this stuff.

You can pay me back by ordering some!
Am finally on the last lathe operation for these. If anyone wants any, let me know!
Whomever it was who wanted 2 car sets of rotors, message me - I somehow lost your email!
Have plenty left. Just have to machine the slots, if the customer wants them.
I had a rotor come apart at Laguna a few weeks ago so I’ll be examining and replacing soon. Having a rotor come apart and tear the caliper off not a good thing at 100 mph.
I've never seen that happen in 25 years of FF.

That happens more often than you'd believe, unfortunately. It is usually due to cracks starting from sharp edges and grey cast iron, which thermal stress cracks rather easily.
