MK9 R&P Wanted, or Fresh Gearbox

Despite having my best day of racing yet on Saturday at VIR with VDCA, I had a new “click” from the tranny so I pulled back in on Sunday’s first session. After pulling the left side cover this evening, the damage was obvious. One and a half ring gear teeth were conveniently located at the bottom of the box.

Does anyone have a new R&P setting on the shelf they are willing to sell? Or I guess I’d look at a full MK9 if the price was right and was a fresh rebuild with docs.

After looking at the price of new R&Ps plus rebuild costs, I’m going to set the kid down tonight to explain why an instate public school is the perfect option for his college years :-)

Exploring a couple of leads for a good 9/31 R&P but haven’t bought one yet. Still looking…..

I'd be careful buying a used R+P, it probably came out for a reason :-)
Since a new R+P has to be set up properly anyway, does Scott Young have one?
