I didn't want to interrupt the thread where Doug is signing off, so I'll start this one.

I've know Keith for quite a while and believe this transfer of ownership is a pretty good plan. Keith has been racing a long time in many classes. He has SCCA National Championships in formula cars listed in his resume. For years his wife raced with him in enduros, and now his son is a very competitive racer. This is a racing family. A good ingredient for running this forum.

I have dealt with Keith in the past and found him to be very fair. In fact I bought the purple Tattus from Keith in 2003.

Looks like Doug and Kim made a good choice as to who to hand off their baby to.
