race car mechanic

race shop is in Anaheim. Looking for a apprentice to work in shop. Should have good work habits and mechanical skills and we will train for racing. Applicant would be working as apprentice for master mechanic, on Pro Formula Mazdas, F5000, Can am car and Mazda Rx8. Skills we would be teaching are basic car alignement, chassis set up, Hewland transmission rebuilds, Mazda Rotary maintenance.

This is a Monday through Friday 7-3:30 position, full time with benefits. WE would also train some fabrication skills as necessary.Candidate needs to be very local to Anaheim.

Expect 5-10 race weekends a year.
