Gents;
I have a 0.75” x 0.75” Apex coming off my LD200 shift finger shaft, and 0.50” shift rod. Obviously, I need a 0.75” OD x 0.50” ID x 0.50” +/- collar.
Any help as to a vendor?

The place for everything you never knew you needed
Aluminum is fine for a centering collar, but you do need to use something like 4130 for the shafts themselves, both for strength and stiffness. If the collar is not fully surrounded on ID & OD by steel, i.e., it is transferring torque and longitudinal force through the screws and thus subject to wear at those points, you should use steel or something like 2024 aluminum for the spacer bushing.
