Default Something appears wrong with the image uploader

At least, I can't upload pictures "From computer" either using Chrome or Safari on my Mac.

I get the upload button, but not the "OK" or "Cancel" buttons.

Are you full? Do you need to delete some images first?

    I don't think so.

I've looked at my attachments page in settings and it seems to show some room.

For some reason it has started randomly turning photos 90 degrees. The current image uploader is one of the few gripes I've ever had about the forum. When the software was updated a few years ago it became not as user friendly except that now you don't have to scale the image prior to uploading.
