Jeff Delong spun in T7 trying to avoid a collision with another car and broke the starter.in the process. (first double yellow)
Chuck McAbee pulled off after a few laps for unknown reasons to me.
Clint McMahan did not start the race and was not on the pre-race grid.
Not sure about Tim Friest.
Thanks for posting, asking. I was wondering what happened to Clint, too. I figured I tuned in too late to hear the announcers say why he wasn't in the race. Still interested to hear what happened.
Clint said on FB that his car was running 11 mph down and decided not to start the race.

Tim Friest was DNS. Don't know why.
Awesome race. I could not see turn 1 and did not know how Jondal, Lapham, Jorgensen and Joslyn fell back from the lead pack so quickly until I saw Jason Martin's race video linked on the F500 FB page. Those 5 drivers were in a pack and all but Jason missed turn 1 on lap 2.
I had a wheel balance issue that made the car undrivable - at least to me; and I decided to retire rather than be a incident that affected the race.
My understanding was that Tim Friest was unable to get his car started. He showed up on the false grid in street clothes.
Congrats to Ryan and Sven - what a race!
