Has anyone seen the engine rules for FB engines being built for FA in DETAIL???
I heard that we are allow to increase compression to 14.5 to 1 but then that is all I have seen.
Can you use a P2 engine in it ?? Cams, Valves, Ported and Polished heads??
Need something in writing!!!!
Can you build the latest 2018-2021 GSXR 1000 maybe 220 hp 225hp
A P2 will make around 193 to 200 hp if you stroke it 207-210?

My understanding is that the latest generation of motors produce more power than the 08's did when modified/built. However, there is a lot less left on the table for aftermarket improvement. If you are serious, call George Dean and ask the question, but my understanding is there is a lot of money to be spent with little improvement available.

Unless you live too far away to run a true F1000 with FRP, why would you spend the money to upgrade an engine and still not be competitive with a decently driven true FA in club racing?

We had 12 F1000 cars and FIVE hours of single class track time last weekend. The best value in formula car racing as far as I am concerned.

Finally got my first shot. Mid-May I'll be fully vaccinated. Then I can finally travel. Hoping to make Barber. If not that definitely will be at one or more of the later events. Lookin forward to racing with FRP.
