The program SUSprog3D is based on Mitchels and available for about $225.

has anyone done a comparison of WinGeo 3 with Susprog3D?? if I can't find a WinGeo 3 installation disk to purchase, Susprog3D can be purchased and is being actively supported................

Just to put all the info out there.
We've been unable to supply Mitchell Software since Bill's death in 2014. We tried to acquire the source code, but after a couple of years i have just given up.
One of the people involved, Warren Rowley, indicated at one time he may put up a server to provide a non-supported version of WinGeo3. This was several years ago. You can contact him through his website:

The book he sells has a companion CD that says it has a demo of the software.
Weird he hasn't done something with it.
