One of the regular cameramen has grown up and is now a University student, and so stays at home with his nose in books.
We are looking for a new cameraman. Any takers? Pay is good (a hot dog and a coke).
Looks like in-board suspension is allowed in FV there?
Yes.
In board on the rear has always been allowed - since the beginning in 1965, rear spring medium was free, but on the front, the original damper mounting points must be used.
When we started framing the 1600 rules in the early 90's, and again in the late 90's, we decided to modernise Formula Vee in appearance, as well as engines and wheels and brakes.
Also, because we wanted the ball joint beams which had the Pisa towers (because they lean), they were not suitable for racing and so because we had no choice but to cut the towers off, this lent itself to many forms of damper operation, including pushrod operated dampers mounted within the bodywork.
