Take a look at F1600series.com. He was just named one of the FIA's top 20 under 20 drivers; the only American and the only American Championship. He's joined by the likes of Max Verstappen, Mick Schumacher, and Lance Stroll- oh, and he's the youngest on the list. Not too shabby.

Wow,that's cool! He did dominate last year. That says a lot about the F1600 series and Formula F in the SCCA that a 15 year old can become internationally recognized!!!
    I wish him the best!

Pretty cool considering he's the youngest, only American and only one on there from a U.S. Championship - despite politics of certain other series having more connections into the FIA and elsewhere.

Neil is not only an excellent talent, he is a really, really nice young man. Anyone who has met him will tell you this.

He is well deserving of this recognition. Congrats Neil & good luck with your racing career as you move up the ladder.

    Default Congrats Neil

I know that Kris of KHill Motorsports is mighty impressed by Neil. He took him over when he was just over 13 or so years old. I'm not sure he even knew how to shift gears back then! He sure knows how to pedal a car now. Huge opportunity for him. Wish him the best.

    Pretty cool story here.

Can you imagine sitting in class and getting a call from Helmut Marko?

It would appear that the FRP F1600 is the place to be if you want to get noticed in American open wheel racing. Still seats available with KHill, Pelfrey, EA, and others if you are a parent looking to get your kid started in cars.
