    I'm luvin' the flag system.

Excuse my ignorance regarding Swifts, but were the rear brake calipers always mounted rear of the axle? Really, just wondering.

Nice looking car and shop space.

Cannot say 100%, but I tend to believe this is the case given the way the brake lines are routed. That is, the plumbing would not be as clean if running the rear calipers on the leading edge...

Well, racingflyboy, perhaps you'll get your new home built with the proper square footage formula in place. Race car garage LARGER than living space. (please don't let your wife see this - we'd still like to come visit. )

Too late Kirk! First of all, the Formula got inverted. G=H/4, or something like that I lost space and my stairway to the basement shop. Oh well, I should have enough space, it is heated, plus I had the roof trusses built to withstand an I-Beam loaded with a FF! Built in crane. Secondly, my wonderful wife has seen your post, but you and your much better half are still welcome to come visit anytime. Oh, and we got several more inches of snow today!

    Default My humble workplace

24x40 built in 1975 for ~$5000. Has through-the-wall gas heater, ceiling fan, exhaust fan and insulation.

Holds my tow vehicle ('74 G30 Chevy Van), toy car for the street ('93 RX7), the race car, and a very basic machine shop.

Actually, it's not quite that bad - our 2-car attached garage is for her car and my winter beater...

The lawn stuff lives in a small enclosed shed attached to the back of the attached garage.

The racecar garage is 100' behind the house.
