Sounds like something you'd get at KFC: Buckets of Honey Wings.

No Saturday hare and hound???? If Blair had video he should post it as I believe he had the best vantage point.

The hare and hound race is me driving by myself until the last 3 laps when Greg and Blair blow past me. Not much to watch.

TV edit of Saturdays races airs tonight on swx at 6:00 pm pst. This will also be available to watch on the watch swx app for android and iOS devices however it is regionally locked. So if you can figure out a way to trick your device into thinking that you live in Spokane, or Yakima or the tri-cities than you can watch it from anywhere in the world. It will be repeated twice more this weekend so check swxrightnow.com for their full schedule. I will try to record and put this as well as the full group 3 race and hare and hound up when they become available.

Results have now been made official and are available on Icscc.com
Blair, you officially ran a 1:22.661 in the hare and hound, 4 hundredths of a second off of your overall track record, very impressive on that track.

Blair: Lap 4, the lap results did not get posted so I have no information other than your total time and fastest lap and which lap that occurred in.

Rick: Lensen sold his FC to James Hepburn. Hepburn and co have been in no rush to get it to the track since Hepburn still has his Crosslee, so they have been going through it pretty thoroughly. They had planned on getting it out to the track earlier in the year and especially for Spokane but it just didn't happen. At Spokane they said they were waiting on a couple parts to arrive and were planning on having it at PIR August 10/11.

Lensen bought his old FF back from JC Cuevas, went through it and got it fully sorted with the intention of racing it, but misses FC, especially with the large fields that we have this year. He listed the FF for sale here today and hopes to have an FC ready for next year.

    Hey Charlie,

first thanks for the very well done media thread between and for all the competitors. You, Sling Blade and Susan (and I'm sure a ton of others) work hard for OW grid to grow! Your family does nice work.

So, how was the TV production?

Big focus on Blair Robertshaw and Slingblade. They featured interviews from Steve, Slingblade, Jay Sharp, George Doran, and Todd Stanley did the color commentary so open wheel was well represented. Our group got the biggest segment of time. They didn't include either hare and hound race in the edit. I haven't seen the whole race edits yet. Also I believe the TV edit will be posted online tomorrow, at which time I will provide a link.

Thanks Charlie, focus should have been on the FC grid from the point of view of the growth in grid size. And I think the largest single class grid of all classes wasn't it? Well done for you guys and the OW group from NWMSC and the OW ICSCC competitors.

And cant say enough about the fantastic organization, the well run race, the hospitality. A great event for OW and Tin Tops alike to be sure!

This post is a little late, but I need to say, if you race an FC, you've got to make it to this race next year! Awesome track and great group of FC's.

Here are a couple videos of the Sunday race.
