Someone got a fantastic deal! Hey Daniel, I still have two noses for an RF83 if the new owner is interested, $200 for the pair.

I was bored one day, it needed a new catch-can (the traditional oil can with a bungee cord fell off), so I welded up a neat tear-drop shaped aluminium catch can, all kind of retro-aero art-deco looking. Kind of an in-joke between Daniel and BG and I, I guess...

I built that car from a rusty old chassis and a bunch of boxes of bits, so I am sad to see it go.

    Default I have one

I have an 83 VD just like this, It is going to have to have the disc(rotor) replaced pretty soon
    How do they come off??????
I can't figure out how to disassemble the spindle to get at the brake disc. This is the first pin drive wheel set up I have owned on a FF and it has me stumped

On the fronts, the discs are held on with the 4 drive pins, which are turned down allen head bolts. You undo the 4 bolts and the disc's come off. On the rear the same, but there also may be a couple of little allen head flat head screws in there as well.
