    Default EWC Update?

Does anyone know when Steve is due back from Brazil?

Far be it from me to to rush him on his volunteered duties and I am sure he will update us in good time regarding this years results.

It will make the wait a little easier thogh if I know he wasn't due home for a while.

Also looking forwards to hear plans about 2006...

Steve - thank you for organizing another great East West Championship season.

    Default EWC Team Championship Points

I have been back from Brazil for a few days now. Thank you again, Jim Nash, for standing in for me at Mid-Ohio.

Jim and I are finishing up the paperwork from EWC Rounds #7 and #8 at Mid-Ohio. While the results have still not been audited, the East has defended its team championship over the West, 428 to 359. Therefore, the Lamont Cup will remain on the East side of the lake for another year.

Mid-Ohio and end-of-season results, points, and awards to follow in subsequent posts. Thanks again to all the drivers, regions, and sponsors who contributed to the world's greatest regional level FF1600 series.
