Static Endurance Testing: Put it on the shelf and forgot about it.
High Value Preventative Maintenance Purchase: Bought the expensive wrong one and they won’t take it back
Trajectory Accuracy Verification: Tossed in the bin and missed
Random Electrical Ingress Testing: Spilled my coffee on it
Kinetic Disassembly: It blew up
Spontaneous Kinetic Disassembly: It blew up when it wasn’t supposed to.
Kinetic Relocation: Flung way the hell over there
Thermal Shock: It burned
Thermally Reconfigured: It melted
Organic Grounding: Someone got electrocuted.
Percussive Maintenance: Hit it and it started working
