Can’t help with a spare for you, but when I wanted one a few years ago, I had to make one. Should be easy. If my memory is correct, the TPI is some odd number, and was tricky to find a die.

    Default draw bolt

The price listed on Scotty's website is only $55.86, his part-no. INV-040390

hardly worth looking for a used one let alone making one or having one made

I've got Scotty working on a project right now anyway. I'll just get one from him when he return ships to me.

Mildly curious.. WHY do you need one? Did the old one BREAK, lost? If it broke, any idea why? Isn't it just a 'holder' with no load during normal use? Been quite some time since I had a hewland apart and my memory gets more fuzzy every day

This isn't mine but they will break if you tighten them up. The manual says run in until snug then back off 1/2 a turn and pit the pin through the shaft and hole in the head of the draw bolt. I have seen many who tighten them up and it will snap it off due to the load on the thread.

In 40 years of playing this game, I've broken or ruined just about every part on a race car except a draw bolt so I decided it was time to frig one up, so I did.
