    Default Porterfield Compounds

Hoping to get some feedback on the Porterfield R4 shoes for Vees.

I've run the RD4 and am pretty happy with them, but I've never run anything else. They've finally worn out after several seasons. The R4 is described as a "full race" pad that requires a little more heat, according to someone at Porterfield.

Does anybody have any on-track experience with the R4 in a Vee, or both and have any comparison notes?

Sounds like they perform well and are relatively long lasting.
    Thanks Sherman.
