I have seen people riding bikes on highway without even a helmet, which is far more dangerous in my opinion. because on track everyone goes straight and fast, but on highway people go where ever they want.

I remember seeing these things racing at Sydney Speedway in the 60’s when I was about 6. It scared the bejesus out of me then, and nothing has changed since then.
