    Default 8:31 Ring and Pinion

    NO LONGER FOR SALE - TURNS OUT I NEED IT.

    Brand new 8:31 Ring and Pinion for Hewland MK4 thru 7 gearbox for sale. This has the 8 bolt ring gear (4.25” ID) that fits that rare differential, or you can always drill 6 holes in your MK4/7 diff, 2 will line up. To my knowledge this ratio is not available anymore in this configuration. Great for TwinCam powered cars with 23” tires, allows bigger 1st and 2nd gears on the layshaft. Can supply pinion shaft hubs at extra cost. $900 OBO
