New ported aluminum head and Ivey parts to finish

A few years ago, I acquired an aluminum head for the Kent from ApexSpeed...

...bought the parts to build it into a complete head (with the intention of running it and keeping my iron head as a ready-use spare)...

...and then never got the final work done to bring it all together.

The head was ported by Steve Jennings Racing and the Ivey parts include:

• Valves
• Valve springs
• Valve spring shims, retainers and keepers
• Rocker stands
• Even a head gasket

All of that cost me $615 in 2017, and the head itself was $1,100.

That's $1,715 all told, and I'll add the used, as-is rocker shaft and rockers that I was hoping to use to bring the grand total to an even $2,000 (USD). Grab this, send it to your favourite engine builder to assemble and, well... ...the speed is still up to you.
