Wanted To Buy Sports Racer or Formula Car Bodywork for a Carbir CR-6

Looking for good new or used Sports Racer or Formula car bodywork to fit a Carbir CR-6 chassis. This chassis was used by Jay Messenger in P2 configuration. I think Jay listed it as a CS-6 but Carbir says it is a CR-6. E-mail or text me with what you have.

    Default Carbir bodywork

Here is what the car looked like when I built it as one of the first P2 automobile powered cars per the original benchmark of the MZR/Duratec package as used across the pond. It was parked and eventually parted out after the class surpassed that benchmark. It was a tremendous success in handling and braking and was totally incapable of accelerating with the bike powered cars. The Honda power now allowed in P2 should make it very competitive.

The white portion of the bodywork is original Carbir formula car bodywork. The carbon portion of the bodywork was sold by Arnie Loyning as the Viking bodywork and Ben Beasley. It was used for multiple formula Atlantic conversions over the years. The wings were from HRP and the side pod floors were 6061 formed aluminum. The car met minimum allowed weight with room to spare with an average size driver.

There were two examples of my design built - the other had fiberglass bodywork and continued to race for a few years. I have not heard of it in about 3 years.
