Larry Connor
Surprised to see Larry Connor's name listed as one of the first "Billionaire businessmen" to visit the International Space Station.
I recall seeing Larry at the Mid Ohio Runoffs in the late late 90's early 2000's. He always had great looking (fast) cars that he drove well.

Connor is a private pilot involved in multiple aerobatic competitions,[15] participates in off-road racing,[16] and circuit racing.[17] He carried out dives in the Mariana Trench in 2021.[18]
Connor is currently in space as pilot of the first American space tourist mission to visit the International Space Station in 2022, as part of Axiom Mission 1 (Ax-1).[19][20]

Rossella helped engineer his FA Runoffs win at Mid Ohio,with Tom Knapp, and we bumped into him at SVRA VIR last year when he told us he was training for Space X. He also said he had been to the depths of the Mariannas trench in the Pacific last year. A true adrenaline junkie and great character he was running his Audi R8 LMP prototype at VIR under Brad Kettlers guidance. Has a jet fighter, I think he said an F4, and numerous aircraft.

Phil, Well put. Larry is wealthy because he earned it. He started with a hole in the wall bar over 40 years ago and at some point got into the real estate investment business and because of his values of putting his people first has been very successful.
Larry is also a serious philanthropist: He is in the process of building a school for undeserved kids in the Dayton Ohio area, out of his own pocket. He spearheaded the drive to update the University of Dayton Arena a couple of years ago (something like $30 million) among many other things.
