Set 2: These only have four (4) heat cycles on them, then they were dismounted and wrapped and stored in a mild climate, $210.

I'm pretty sure those are bias-ply, Lee, but if you read the size on the side of the tire, if it doesn't say something like:

"185/60R13" or "205/60R13" on the sidewalls, then they're not radials (the "R" in those sizes).

These are NOT radials, they are bias ply. They have lots of tread on them and have been properly stored in a mild climate facility to minimize aging.
