Default RF01 - Mustache Wing setup

I am cleaning up / prepping a mustache wing setup for my RF01. Never used it before.

The plan is to carry it in the trailer as a 'weekend extender' in case I much up my current flat/drop wing

    - I actually have 2 setups. One with flaps and one without. Which one is better?
    - Any setup suggestions? These things have a pretty long cord
