I believe it was Lauda who spoke about driving over a hump at Spa around this era. He said if you came off the throttle and possibly applied some brake you could keep it on the ground. Drivers today may not have those responses in their bag of tricks.

Mark, I did not mean to imply that you did not do Shadow tubs, I just saw Shane redoing one of the tubs for Jim Bartel's Shadows and believe he has done a few of the Shadow's that Jim B owns. I've seen your tubs and they are works of art, I did not want to misinform, it's just that I saw the tub that Craig Bennett crashed being redone.

Simply, superlative craftsmanship. Although you and I visited at great length about restoring my Lola T-242 monocoque, your wise council prompted me to drop that project faster than third period French. Stay safe.

BTW, I sold the car to a west coast racer that you may know in Ted Titmus, who originally raced a T-240 back in the days. Did he ever have you re-skin the T-242 tub?
