Bringing an old BM formula car back from mothballs and I'm finding the steering effort dead and hard to the point of having difficulty in tight maneuvers. 8 & 10 inch wheels, 8x20 and 10x22 tires. Currently over-pressuring the front but looking into better options:
Increase negative camber?
Switch to 7x20 fronts? (& 9x22 rears)
Who's done what and how did it work out?
Unfortunately it has a tiny steering wheel, but that's all that will fit in the tub. Jacked up, steering feels free and proper. And it's only an issue at slow tight sections found on small sites.
