    Default Tatuus RC-98

Very nice "Italian Job" manufactured in Concorezzo, Italy in 1998.

Originally raced by Robbie McGhee in the pro series, and was maintained by Dave Conti. Robbie was a front runner in that series. Brian Davis finished 3rd with this car at the June Sprints in 2006. Set up sheets and notes go back to the '98 season. I have raced the car occasionally in vintage since 2013, where 12 or more FC's are not uncommon. I've never had a DNF.

I am offering the car with an incredible spares inventory, and the following is just an overview of spares in addition to what is on the car currently:

    Narrow track suspension
    Misc. suspension parts and accessories
    Dual shock set up
    Sway bars
    Springs (19 pair)
    Speedway wings front and rear
High downforce wings front and rear
    Speedway diffuser
    Drive shafts and CV joints
    Differential
    Tilton clutches (2)
    Bell housing
    Fuel systems
    Weber carbs (2)
    Ignition systems
    Dry sump systems
    Coolant components
2nd engine block & crank rods and pistons (disassembled)
    3 Quicksilver cylinder heads
    Engine mounts
    AP brake calipers (4)
    ICP brake calipers (4)
    Brake pads
    Brake rotors
    Spare nose
    Side pod
    AIM Gold dash (on car)
    4 sets of wheels
Avon slicks with 2 heat cycles
    Mounted rain tires
    Transport wheels
    Manuals and set up documentation
    Quick jack (front)
    Quick jack (rear)

Also available is a 24' 2017 all aluminum Lightning trailer by Forest River

Price of car and spares is $22k
    Trailer is $8k

Car is located in the Milwaukee area.

I have to admit I checked out this ad. Having owned one of its sister cars I have a bit of history with the make.
Construction quality is far superior to most English cars. And I can attest it is a very safe chassis, The aero package was ahead of its time. On high speed tracks it is a rocket.
The spares list with this sale is quite impressive. For instance, I might have kept mine if I could have afforded another bellhousing.
Adjusted for inflation this car is priced at half price of 20 years ago. Phil and Rosella still have most spares still available in the U.S. of A.
It would make a great starter car and competitive regional racer.
OBTW, I know nothing of this cars current condition other than the pictures you can see above. Its not mine, nor do i have any affiliation with the seller. Just want to see more FCs on the track.

OBTW... first thing I would do is get all those awful fake Ferrari-wannabe decals off that Italian beauty.
