They look great but almost all of them come up with a 403 error when you try to open them. Secret password?
Never mind, working now. The Baked Alaska Meatloaf is on my list now!

Should we bring red or white?
I just shed 10 pounds in an effort to gain 1HP. Now, I'll have to do double time on the bike!
For any doubters - The perfect roast beef recipe does work. We made dinner for 60+ in Opua in 2001. All the kiwis loved it - the Maoris sent it back to be "burned."
Awesome photography too mate.
Cheers - Jim
Bardahl77: McClelland's -- Not a Laphroaig, but good value, so you can have more than just one!

When I used to fly Phantoms, I was called an AVIATOR.
Now I race cars. So, am I now called a PAVIATOR?
This is REALLY easy, tasty and quick

Just so happens we bought a pound of shrimp yesterday:

Have no mayo, and may mod this to go over fried rice — if not pursued by your copyright dream team...
Damn, yours are some epic recipes. We’re always looking to change it up, so Thanks!
Deanie and I try to do one (1) new recipe per week. Last year, we did eighty (80) if I am not mistaken.

How do you fit into a formula car?
Atta Boy.
60, 5'10', 165 lbs. Metabolism is earned, not gifted.
Eat and drink what I please — but only real food, very little bread, very few sweets beyond sugar (turbinado) with coffee.
No trick beyond getting out what you put in. And not putting garbage in. And drink a lot of water. Seriously.
Gents;
If the First Lady wants to add a favorite (or few) to the collection, recipe(s) to msengineering at cox. Net. Full credit will be given, Apexspeed.com will be mentioned in the title unless otherwise specified.
Deanie and I are from MN. Hot dishes are great, ethnic foods are encouraged, track foods are sought.

I’d love to contribute in kind, but rarely measure (or record) and you’re a tough act to follow!
Meant with full compliments of your exceptional efforts — and Thanks for sharing them! (Bookmarked!)
I’ve only recorded two recipes in my life: “Esagna” I originated in about 1977 and worked until 2010 or so, and our one Chinese attempt we call “Sandechuan” after the Missus.
Both are exemplary, we think, but in a file that Google Maps says is 1,067 from our mobile kitchen. We’re collecting it in May.
Seafood chowder cooking now. Cat on a Hot Tin Roof as an accompaniment (PLN!).
Very Well done!
All I can say is I'm jealous. I've never heard of most of these dishes. My wife of many years is from Beijing so almost all our meals are Chinese. She is a superb cook but I miss western cooking. I think I see a few seafood dishes here that she will really like. Looks like I need to get busy!
Added another 60 recipes. But try the “Quick and Easy French Dip”. No kidding, as good if not better than ANY restaurant offering.

Added another forty or so recipes. Enjoy

Thanks Again for all the efforts, Rick!
Wow that's impressive! Great idea to save everything to a website. Thanks for sharing - I'll definitely be giving a few of these a try. Or at least see if someone else in my home might try it for me!
