So.... Don't be drinking your truck stop coffee with a donut on your lap if you are driving on Connecticut Route 691 trying to bypass Hartford to get between I-84 and I-91.

The wonderful State of Connecticut tourist promotions department has erected this billboard along the above described stretch of highway.

I had to look closely... Mrs. Frog has never taken a picture of Mr. Rand with his thumb up, it has always been another finger. I expect Photoshop is in play here.

As one who drives that route from time to time, I appreciate the warning; otherwise I would surely have driven off the road. I can foresee who will be the next Nobel Peace prize winner.
