    Default R Factor 2 update

Looks like rfactor updated their UI. Now it wont load. Problem being I previously tried to load a sebring 12 hr package which for some reason never completed. When I would start up rfactor it would give me some error message for different cars with a base mod missing error but the rfactor will still load up. With this new release it still tries to load the missing content but then the screen goes black and goes back to my desktop. Anyone know how I can get rid of that initial package so I can load up rfactor?

Working OK for me, New UI is significantly different, but otherwise runs fine. Portland track is improved, wish I could find Pacific Raceways.

New UI totally blows. What a was of time.

Can get the old one back:
Right Click "rfactor2" in game list on Steam.
    Select "Properties".
New window pops ups, click "BETAS".
In the drop down menu, select "old ui".

    Worked for me this morning.

I'm not a fan of the new UI either, but it supposedly opens up a lot of opportunity for new features that weren't possible before. It may be the reason I've been doing more iRacing lately, lol!

Thanks for the info. I got a new computer for Christmas, and the new UI came in on the new computer. When I tried to run RF2, all it would show me was Silverstone with some kind of Corvette. I had been forced into violating the cardinal rule of racing set-up and changed 2 things at one time.

At first I couldn't tell if it was the new UI, or my loading the program on the new computer. With this I discovred it was the new POS UI! It looks slick, but isn't ready for prime time.
