Best trailer floor cleaner

Any ideas on best cleaning products to clean white residue on black trailer floor. It is very heavy duty flooring similar to coin floor but much heavier. Ordinary cleaners are just not doing the job.

if you wear dark enough sunglasses inside the trailer, the floor will look perfect

My method is a plywood floor and when it gets nasty a new coat of paint.
