Because I absolutely love this car and want to see it go to a good home where it will be restored and raced in vintage events all over, you should see this...

I didn't realize that was the car on the cover. Several years ago I loaned my copy to an Apexspeeder somewhere and it never came back.

in that last pic you can really see the Riley design influence of Foyt's coyotes of the same time period.

I know they had sold them for only a few bucks for the FV 50th when the author was in attendance, but I have also seen them pop up on eBay, Amazon and other book selling sites for over $400, which is lunacy.

I'd say, keep your eyes open on the various classifieds and auction sites if you are really trying to find one.

Default Free book to new owner of car

I have a copy of the Schupack book I bought when a friend was running a FSV. He isn't racing, so when someone buys the car, send me a note and I will mail the book

    Default engine / roller split?

If anyone looking wanted this car as a chassis-only, we need an engine and perhaps could do a two-way purchase?
    Thanks.

Ditto. If I wasn't building a P2 I'm pretty sure this would be in my garage.

Not sure if these pictures will help in the sale, but won't hurt! The first picture is Mosport 1979, second picture is 1978 at St. Jovite. Driver in both pictures is John Kalagian.

Perhaps it's actually a 1978 build? or is the first one actually a different car?

Interesting, that last photo is the nose on the car in the current photo from the first post, though the livery is not on the car as it sits today. I wonder if there was a second car, or if that paint scheme was before the green.

    Default Noses....

Understand only one car. White pic. is early/first owner/driver/trim.....green is later/current with present owner/driver... Had 2 nose designs....decided that road course nose (on on car now and on cover) worked best on both road and oval....
