I have always loved it when great drivers switch around the cars they drive.

I was reading an article the other day about Mario. One time he drove a F1 race and then traveled to another venue and ran on dirt his next race. Nobody else ever did that.

Loved the 60's and 70's when drivers would drive any car they could get paid to drive! F1, NASCAR, Indy Cars, Sprint Cars CanAm, TransAm, Pikes Peak - if you would pay them, they would drive it

All the present day sponsorship and specialization is not doing the race fan any good.
