    Default question

Hi, do you have any info on the clear section of the main cowl? Like how did you make it or who did you get it from? My brewer bodywork is much more enclosed than yours and its all fiberglass. This makes it extremely dark in the interior and I can't even read the tach under some circumstances. Thanks!

    Hi Rich
I had the same problem so I cut out the dark plexiglass leaving a 1/2 inch lip. I bought clear polycarbonate sheets from McMaster Carr
P/N 8474K51. Made some patterns from cardboard and cut the sheets to match. The sheets cut easily with a good straight tin snips.
I used Cleco clamps to hold in place, drilled it to accept #4 button head screws. Works fine.
