LD200 (Complete) For Sale
Selling an LD200 gearbox out of an RF93. Full disclosure, the car this box was in was involved in an incident at Watkins Glen in Sep. 2018, which cracked the bellhousing/oil tank.
HOWEVER, the box was gone through by Keith Averill after the crash, and was given a clean bill of health (and a new RH side output seal, bearing, and magnesium rear cover). There is some cosmetic damage to the casting (shown in the photos) from the inner tripod bolt heads. Similarly, there's a small chip on the inside of the RH stub axle from the axle shaft plunging in. There is a weld repair on the lower corner where the gearbox attaches to the bellhousing from a previous owner (also shown in photos).
Functionally, the gearbox is ready to run. 10:31 ring and pinion. Reverse gear was replaced recently (2-3 race weekends ago). Input shaft length shown in the photos.
Does not come with gearsets, but will include all spacers, washers, dog rings, etc.
