    Default SUZUKI HAYABUSA GSXR CYLINDERS BLOCK JUGS 84MM 1441c

    1999-2007 SUZUKI HAYABUSA GSXR 84 MM Cylinder Block Jugs Barrel 1441cc. This is a reconditioned Cylinder Block bored out to 84mm to create a 1397cc or 1441cc engine. This Cylinder Block/Jugs will fit any Hayabusa motor 1997-2018, Gen 1 or Gen 2, this is a Gen 1 Cylinder Block which holds up better- is more reliable when being bored out. $880.00

    NOTE - The 99-07 Hayabusa cylinder block can be used on any year Hayabusa engine and is the engine builders choice because it's stronger - more robust design.

    • 84mm bore
    • Old nickel plating is stripped and removed
    • Bored using the finest cutting equipment available
    • Re-plated using Nickel Silicon Carbide coating technology
    • Diamond Honed for superior surface finish
