    Default Greetings

I used to race one of these at Mosport some 20 plus years ago. Great car. So how much do you think it would cost to bring the engine back to life??

About 4k with newly legal long rods, pistons, cam etc.
Then about 40 to 50 hours later, again

It will depend on the condition of the motor and what updating it needs. I had Farley rebuild my motor last July and it cost $5,903. Mine needed a lot including pistons and a camshaft. He didn't rebuild with the long stroke, but probably should have. If you would like a copy of the bill, I can email a copy. This car with a fresh engine for about $16k would be a good buy.

Man, I would get this in a heartbeat if I wasn't up to my eyeballs in race cars and projects already. Nice car Bob!

    Looks like a great deal.

Also looks a lot like the Swift (DB3) FC I bought and converted to Fit power to run in FF. It worked out great. Got decent money for the Pinto engine and wings.

    Just tossing that out there.

It was a great car, both in FC and FF.

    GLWS.
