    Default Tire pressure monitoring system

Has anyone added a TPMS to their trailer? I have a 36 ft gooseneck trailer, 4 tires, and would like to be able to monitor the tire pressures while towing. There are some inexpensive units, (zeepin TMPS1, about $50) but I am concerned that the signal may not be strong enough to monitor from truck. Any thoughts? Peter

    Default

I use the Tire Traker system and am fairly happy. I wish it updated the data more often and in a more consistent way. Sometimes I know it's showing old information, like the previous day's end readings, not the cold morning information, but I'm not sure there's anything better.

    Default Truck Systems Technology

I have used a system from Truck Systems Technology. I would have to look to see which one (TST 507?). I think it ran around $200. I have been very happy with it. It gives pressure and the temp of the air. Check their site or Youtube videos for more info. It gives me good peace-of-mind when towing.
