I like the roll bar design, also the air scoops, much nicer than the "moose ear" design seen on some cars...do they cool well?

The air scoops cool very well, haven't had any issues with the car not cooling enough with these air scoops

    1) When using a Top Fuel roll cage there is a very good opportunity of crushing your neck in a rear end impact. Even if you use a seven belt system your are going to get driver movement no matter how tight you keep your.

    2) Assuming good entry flow the duct opening does not need to be much bigger than the area between the cooling fins. Openings great than this just create aero drag.

Thank You Caracal99!! Its a Canadian car so it has a CASC-OR log book/Certification. It is priced in Canadian dollars. Yes there is a full fire suppression system in the car. To be honest I'm not 100% sure if its a long box or short box

Lybarger would stamp directly above the starter mount:
"Long" or "Short" and the 3rd gear ratio.
PLUS stamp the re-build dates above the left diff. side cover.

Yes...this car was built originally by Bill Vallis for a tall driver. Jesse himself a big fellow with oversize flippers. If in doubt call Bill 905-384-0016

Bump!!!! Car is back up for sale!!!! This year the car has been upgraded with some new parts!! It now has a light weight high torque starter that starts the car almost instantly! The engine has now been converted with a electronic ignition system instead of the point condenser ignition system. The motor has also been upgraded with a better carburetor and intake manifold!! A lot of time and money has been put into this car. The car took 2nd in the 2017 CASC F1200 championship and 2nd in the Miller Oils F1200 Series!!

Are there any issues running the car in USA SCCA races? How difficult to import into the US without Homeland Insecurity knocking on my door as a smuggler?

    Thanks

It was a gr8 purchase for a young new driver entering our series. Crossing the border not an issue at all.

the only issue with Canadian FVs in SCCA are that they lack a fire system a lot of the time. same rules otherwise.
as far as border crossing.... generally the less they know, the easier. also, Niagra Falls seems way easier than Buffalo to cross with stuff. when I bought my RTJ, the previous owners met us in the US, so it was zero problem there.
